When you sign up for any of our maintenance packages detailed below, we will add a warranty to all repairs made by our team and provide extensive inspections to ensure your system is always working its best! Our inspections include checking all visible valves, backflow prevention devices, and timers, inspecting sprinkler heads for cracks or the need for adjustment, and checking for leaks throughout your irrigation system. Our Maintenance Packages

SILVER PACKAGE: 

Includes inspections every July and December at $85 per inspection. You may use these inspections early if you wish. Warranty on all work performed by To the Drop, Irrigation, LLC will be 2 years. 

GOLD PACKAGE: 

Includes inspection every April, August, and December at $75 per inspection. You may use these inspections early if you wish. Warranty on all work performed by To the Drop, Irrigation, LLC will be 5 years. 

PLATINUM PACKAGE:

Includes inspection every March, July, September, and December at $65 per inspection. You may use these inspections early if you wish. Warranty on all work performed by To the Drop, Irrigation, LLC will be 7 years. 

RENEWAL PACKAGE:

  • Includes inspections in April, August, and December.
  • 5 heads or nozzle replacements every year (thus, renewing the system constantly).
  • 5 year warranty on all repairs and upgrades.
  • Cost is $349 per year (savings of $171).


TAKE IT EASY PACKAGE:

• Includes 2 inspections per year, scheduled at your convenience or when you need them.

• One year warranty on all repairs and upgrades.

• Cost is $95 per year (savings of $95), auto-debited every January.



MONTHLY PACKAGE:

  • Includes an inspection every month
  • 5 year warranty on all repairs and upgrades
  • Never-worry-again-mentality
  • Cost is $25/month - can pay yearly if interested

STAR UPGRADES:

Clients eligible for the Star Upgrade will save $10 per inspection (up to $40 per year). To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The controller must be outside and accessible to the technician.
  • Open scheduling - meaning we can come at our convenience with notice to you sent by email or phone call so you know we will be there.
  • A credit card on file (secured by QuickBooks) and auto-billed two weeks before the scheduled month of service, or in January for the Renewal and Take it Easy Plans (and the monthly plan if you opt for that).
